This phase corresponds to the development decision-making, after having identified the general needs and possible solutions.

Identify needs and constraints, establishing the technical indications of how the system should be designed.

Design

Design of the logical and physical models of the databases and of the logical schemes of the processes and data flows existing in the system.

Develop

The programming phase consists of creating the physical schema of the database and application programming.

Deploy

Testing new features or integrations.
Acceptance tests together with the customer. Final configurations and delivery of documentation.

Maintenance

Support in solving problems as well as changes, including rectification of detected deficiencies or adding new functions.

As such, xseed will never assign second-tier or third-tier support staff to any account.

If desired, we provide a full support service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, keeping the customer much more secure about possible failures and response times, thus minimizing service downtime.
