Supports audio and video capture with the possibility of independent use and licensing or together. Playback of recordings can focus on the two components simultaneously or separately.
The records can be correlated with application data (Trouble Ticket, campaign data, etc.) through additional connectors, supporting out of the box integration with Genesys system.
The system comprises a server which records data of captures audio and / or video scheduled (including associated application data) in a database, and enables real time monitoring of the activity of each agent. In the case of video, capturing the same is done in each terminal (agents) to be monitored, and in the case of audio, and application data directly integrates with Genesys platform.
